This mask detoxifies your skin by binding to and pulling the dirt out of your pores, making them less visible. – Perfect for blackheads removal. – Perfect for oily (very oily) skin for it removes excess oil and deeply cleanses the skin

- Activated Charcoal
Two important notes:
- Not all Charcoal(s) are created equally, the coal used for BBQ isn’t suitable for beauty products. We, at Sabouna, use activated charcoal (medical grade) which is safe for your skin – NEVER (NEVER) use metal spoons or bowls when handling activated charcoal because metal deactivates it, hence leaves it with zero benefits.
- You could use glass, plastic or wooden utensils.
Directions:
- Using a plastic or wooden spoon and glass bowl, mix 2-3 teaspoon (or more if you want to apply it to your back to help heal acne) with water, milk or yogurt, mix into a paste.
- Apply paste either with mask brush or your clean hand, avoiding around the eyes area and upper lips.
- Leave mask on for 20-30 mins maximum.
- Rinse with water.
Suggestions and notes:
We suggest doing this mask at night so your skin will get some rest.
This mask does result in mild redness due to its detoxifying effect- don’t be scared. Your face will be red a bit but it shouldn’t be itchy or have rashes so I strongly recommend doing the patch test ahead of time.
Mask to be used once a week .
